Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy

This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy describes the measures applied by Sensor Pioneering Limitada (the “Company”) to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other illegal activities. This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

1. Regulatory Position

1.1. Sensor Pioneering Limitada operates under a gaming license issued in the Union of the Comoros (Anjouan).

1.2. Depending on the jurisdiction of the player, payment method used, transaction volume, or risk profile, formal KYC verification may or may not be legally mandatory.

1.3. Notwithstanding the above, the Company reserves the unrestricted right to request KYC and AML verification at its sole discretion at any time.

2. Risk-Based Approach

2.1. The Company applies a risk-based approach to AML and KYC compliance.

2.2. Factors considered include, but are not limited to: - transaction size or frequency; - withdrawal amount; - payment method (crypto, fiat, card, bank, vouchers); - use of Community Tokens; - geographic location; - unusual or suspicious betting patterns.

2.3. Based on risk assessment, the Company may: - allow gameplay without immediate KYC; - request partial verification; - request full identity verification; - restrict withdrawals until verification is completed.

3. When KYC May Be Required

3.1. KYC verification may be requested, including but not limited to, in the following cases: - withdrawal requests; - cumulative withdrawals exceeding internally defined thresholds; - suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion; - chargebacks or payment disputes; - use of multiple accounts or wallets; - regulatory, licensing, or payment provider requirements.

3.2. The Company is not obligated to perform KYC on every player but may do so where deemed necessary.

4. KYC Verification Methods

4.1. Verification may include one or more of the following: - government-issued photo ID; - proof of age; - proof of address (where applicable); - selfie with ID; - live video call verification; - phone verification; - blockchain wallet ownership confirmation.

4.2. The Company may use third-party verification providers to conduct verification checks.

5. Failure or Refusal to Complete KYC

5.1. If a player fails or refuses to complete requested verification within 14 days, the Company may: - suspend the account; - restrict deposits or withdrawals; - confiscate bonuses and winnings; - terminate the account.

5.2. Decisions taken under this Policy are final and binding.

6. Transaction Monitoring

6.1. The Company monitors transactions and gameplay for suspicious activity.

6.2. The Company reserves the right to delay, freeze, or cancel transactions pending investigation.

7. Reporting and Cooperation

7.1. Where required or deemed appropriate, the Company may report suspicious activity to competent authorities, regulators, or payment providers.

7.2. The Company cooperates with regulatory bodies and law enforcement within the limits of applicable law.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Personal data collected for AML/KYC purposes is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8.2. Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill legal, regulatory, or operational requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Company shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from AML or KYC procedures.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. This AML & KYC Policy is governed by the laws of the Union of the Comoros (Anjouan).

10.2. The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.
