This Slot Creator & Revenue Share Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the creation, submission, listing, operation, and potential revenue participation of user-created slot machines on move2bet.com.

This Agreement is entered into between:

Sensor Pioneering Limitada (the “Company”)

and

The Slot Creator (individual, token owner, or legal entity), hereinafter referred to as the “Creator”.

1. Purpose

1.1. The Company provides a technical platform that allows Creators to design and submit custom slot machines (“User-Created Slots”).

1.2. This Agreement defines the conditions under which such slots may be accepted, listed, monetized, or removed.

2. Submission and Approval

2.1. Submission of a User-Created Slot does not guarantee approval, listing, or monetization.

2.2. The Company retains full and unrestricted discretion to approve, reject, suspend, or delist any User-Created Slot at any time, with or without cause.

2.3. The Company may request technical, visual, mathematical, or compliance-related modifications prior to approval.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. The Creator may submit visual assets only, including but not limited to images, symbols, backgrounds, logos, and themes (the “Assets”).

3.2. The Creator confirms and warrants that they hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and submit the Assets and that such Assets do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

3.3. The entire technical development, including game logic, mathematics, RNG integration, backend systems, frontend implementation, and deployment of the slot machine, is performed exclusively by the Company.

3.4. By submitting Assets, the Creator grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, adapt, reproduce, display, and distribute the Assets solely for the purpose of developing, operating, marketing, and maintaining the User-Created Slot on the Website.

3.5. The Creator acknowledges that they have no ownership or rights in the underlying software, game mechanics, source code, or technical implementation created by the Company.

4. Revenue Participation

4.1. Revenue participation is not automatic and applies only if explicitly agreed.

4.2. Any revenue share percentage, calculation method, settlement currency, and payout schedule shall be governed exclusively by a separate written commercial agreement.

4.3. In the absence of such agreement, the Creator acknowledges that no revenue, commission, or compensation is owed.

5. Operational Control

5.1. The Company retains full operational control over: - game availability - wagering limits - supported currencies or tokens - RTP adjustments - promotional inclusion or exclusion

5.2. The Company may modify, restrict, or discontinue a User-Created Slot to ensure regulatory, technical, or operational compliance.

6. Suspension and Delisting

6.1. The Company may suspend or permanently remove a User-Created Slot at any time.

6.2. Suspension or delisting does not entitle the Creator to compensation, damages, or reimbursement.

7. Representations and Warranties

7.1. The Creator represents and warrants that: - the submitted slot does not infringe third-party rights; - the slot does not contain malicious code, exploits, or hidden mechanics; - the slot complies with applicable laws and ethical standards.

8. Liability and Indemnification

8.1. The Creator agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the User-Created Slot.

8.2. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the User-Created Slot.

9. Term and Termination

9.1. This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party.

9.2. The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately without notice.

10. Governing Law

10.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Union of the Comoros (Anjouan).

11. Final Provisions

11.1. This Agreement does not establish a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

11.2. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

11.3. This Agreement forms an integral part of the Sensor Pioneering Limitada legal framework.
