• lost or stolen vouchers

• incorrectly entered voucher codes

• vouchers obtained from unauthorized sources

• delays or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

Vouchers are only valid if they are properly recognized and accepted by the platform’s system.

11. Modification or Termination of the Voucher System
