5.2. Community Tokens that are not internationally listed, not freely tradable, illiquid, or listed exclusively on move2bet.com may be excluded from bonuses and promotions at the Company’s discretion.

5.3. Eligibility of a Community Token for a specific promotion is determined solely by the Company and may vary per campaign.

5.4. Any bonus, promotion, or campaign involving Community Tokens may be governed by additional or separate promotion-specific terms.

5.5. The Company reserves the right to include or exclude any Community Token from bonuses at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Bonus Abuse

6.1. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: - creating multiple accounts; - delaying game rounds or bonus features; - low-risk betting strategies; - opposite betting; - exploiting software bugs; - wagering bonuses on excluded games.

6.2. If bonus abuse is suspected, the Company may void bonuses and confiscate related winnings.

7. Game Contribution

7.1. Different games may contribute differently to wagering requirements.

7.2. Game contribution percentages may be modified at any time.

8. Cancellation and Voidance

8.1. The Company reserves the right to cancel or void any bonus at its sole discretion.

8.2. Any winnings obtained in violation of these Bonus Terms may be confiscated.

9. Fraud and Verification

9.1. Completion of verification (KYC) may be required before bonus winnings are paid.

9.2. Failure to pass verification may result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. These Bonus Terms are governed by the laws of the Union of the Comoros (Anjouan).

10.2. In case of conflict between these Bonus Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
