Crypto Payments Policy

1. General Information

move2bet allows deposits and withdrawals using cryptocurrencies through our payment partner move2pay.

By using any cryptocurrency payment method on the platform, the player confirms that they have read and accepted this Crypto Payments Policy.

Cryptocurrencies operate on decentralized blockchain networks. As a result, transaction processing times, confirmation speeds, and network fees may vary depending on blockchain conditions. Neither move2bet nor move2pay has control over blockchain network performance.

2. Supported Deposit Methods

move2bet supports several cryptocurrency deposit methods:

• Pay with Web3

• Pay with Crypto

• Pay with Community Tokens

Depending on the chosen method, the deposited amount may either be:

• automatically converted to EUR or USD, or

• credited as the exact cryptocurrency/token amount.

All applicable fees are displayed transparently before confirming the transaction.

3. Pay with Web3

With Pay with Web3, the player connects a compatible non-custodial wallet, such as:

• MetaMask

• Trust Wallet

• Scramble

• or other supported wallets.

After connecting the wallet, the player can select any supported token that has sufficient liquidity.

Once the transaction is confirmed in the wallet, the token is automatically swapped in the background and converted into EUR or USD.

The equivalent amount is then credited to the player’s casino account.

4. Pay with Crypto

With Pay with Crypto, the player selects a supported cryptocurrency and sends the chosen amount to the displayed wallet address.

After the blockchain transaction is confirmed, the deposited cryptocurrency is automatically swapped and converted to EUR or USD through the payment provider move2pay.

The converted amount is then credited to the player’s casino account.

5. Pay with Community Tokens

When using Community Tokens, the player selects a specific token and sends it directly to the displayed wallet address.

In this case, no automatic conversion to EUR or USD takes place.

The player receives exactly the token amount that arrives at the casino wallet after all applicable fees have been deducted.

Example:

If a player sends 0.001 BTC, the same amount (minus applicable fees) will be credited to the player's casino account.

6. Tokens Without Public Market Price

For tokens that are not listed on international exchanges or decentralized exchanges (DEX) and do not have a publicly available market price, deposits are processed via direct wallet connection.

The player connects a compatible non-custodial wallet and sends the selected token directly.

Network and transaction fees are typically paid using the native token of the respective blockchain.

Example:

For transactions on the BNB Smart Chain, network fees are paid in BNB, which is the native token of that blockchain. These fees are usually deducted directly from the player’s wallet during the transaction.

7. Withdrawals

move2bet supports two cryptocurrency withdrawal methods:

• Withdraw in Crypto

• Withdraw in Community Tokens

7.1 Withdraw in Crypto

To withdraw funds in cryptocurrency, the player must:

• enter the desired withdrawal amount in EUR or USD

• select the token and blockchain network

• enter the destination wallet address

The system will automatically convert the selected amount into the chosen cryptocurrency and send it to the provided wallet address.

For security reasons, the player's balance is not automatically displayed during the withdrawal process. Players should verify their available balance in their casino account before submitting a withdrawal request.

7.2 Withdraw in Community Tokens

When withdrawing Community Tokens, the player must:

• select the desired token

• select the corresponding blockchain

• enter the withdrawal amount

• provide the destination wallet address.

The selected token will then be sent directly to the player’s wallet.

8. Fees

Cryptocurrency transactions may include the following fees:

• blockchain network fees

• swap or liquidity fees

• payment provider processing fees.

All applicable fees are displayed transparently during the transaction process.

Since blockchain fees are dynamic, minor variations may occur.

9. Blockchain Confirmations

All cryptocurrency transactions require confirmation by the respective blockchain network.

Depending on network conditions, confirmations may take:

• a few minutes

• several hours

• or in rare cases longer.

move2bet and move2pay have no control over blockchain processing times.

Players can track the status of their transactions using a blockchain explorer.

10. Cryptocurrency Volatility

Cryptocurrencies and tokens are highly volatile assets.

Token values may fluctuate significantly within short periods of time.

move2bet and move2pay do not guarantee the value or future price of any cryptocurrency.

11. Disclaimer

move2bet and move2pay are not responsible for any issues related to:

• blockchain network delays

• network congestion

• blockchain technical issues

• transaction confirmation delays

• events outside of our control.

12. Community Token Listings

move2bet allows token owners to list their own tokens on the platform.

It is strictly prohibited to list tokens that are associated with:

• fraud

• illegal activities

• ongoing legal disputes

• violations of international laws or regulations.

If such a token is discovered on the platform, move2bet and move2pay assume no liability.

13. Player Responsibility

Players are responsible for researching and understanding any tokens they choose to use.

If a player identifies a token that may be problematic or associated with legal risks, they are encouraged to report it to our support team immediately.

14. Transparency

move2bet aims to operate with full transparency toward players and partners.

While we strive to maintain a safe environment, it is not always possible to fully verify every token listed on the platform. Community feedback helps us maintain a secure ecosystem.
