Game submissions & developer policy

Game Submission & Developer Policy

1. General Information

Our platform provides game developers, individuals, startups, and companieswith the opportunity to present and submit their own developed games for potential integration on our platform.

If a developer has created a game, they may submit it to the platform for review and evaluation.

However, submitting a game does not guarantee that the game will be accepted, integrated, or published on the platform.

The platform reserves the right to accept or reject any game submission at its sole discretion.

2. Game Submission

Developers may submit their games for evaluation by providing relevant information about the game. This may include, but is not limited to:

• description of the game

• technical specifications

• gameplay mechanics

• graphical assets or design elements

• information about the technology or game engine used.

The platform reserves the right to request additional documentation or technical details if necessary for evaluation.

3. Technical Review

All submitted games will undergo a technical and operational review.

Integration of a game is only possible if:

• the game is technically compatible with the platform

• the game can be securely operated

• no technical or security risks are identified

• stable integration into the platform infrastructure is possible.

The platform does not guarantee that a submitted game can be technically integrated.

Even if a game appears suitable, integration may still be declined due to technical, operational, or regulatory reasons.

4. Intellectual Property

By submitting a game, the developer confirms that:

• they own all necessary rights to the game

• the game does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights

• they are authorized to present and distribute the game.

The developer remains the owner of the intellectual property of the game unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.

By submitting the game, the developer grants the platform permission to review, test, and evaluate the game for potential integration.

5. Game Approval

Only after the platform has explicitly approved the integration may a game be published on the platform.

The final decision regarding:

• game acceptance

• publication

• technical implementation

• availability on the platform

rests solely with the platform.

6. Revenue Sharing

If a game is approved and integrated into the platform, a revenue-sharing agreement may be negotiated.

However, the revenue-sharing structure is not defined within this policy.

All financial arrangements, including:

• revenue share percentages

• payment structure

• developer compensation

will be defined in a separate written agreement between the developer and the platform.

Without such an agreement, no revenue-sharing rights exist.

7. Disclaimer

The platform assumes no responsibility or liability for:

• technical errors or malfunctions within the submitted game

• the commercial success or failure of the game

• revenue or player engagement generated by the game.

The platform does not guarantee any minimum usage, traffic, or earnings for games listed on the platform.

8. Game Removal

The platform reserves the right to:

• temporarily disable a game

• permanently remove a game from the platform

• modify or restrict the operation of a game.

This may occur in cases including but not limited to:

• technical issues

• security concerns

• regulatory requirements

• violations of platform policies.

9. Compliance

All games must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

Games that violate legal requirements or platform rules may be removed immediately.

10. Collaboration and Transparency

The platform supports innovation and new game ideas and provides developers with an opportunity to present their games to a broader player community.

Successful collaboration is based on transparency, fair conditions, and compliance with all technical and legal requirements.
